 We're a family run business that has been around for some time now. Formed in 1992 by Shirley and Dick Turpin, The Highwaymen have been going strong ever since, expanding from kitchen, to garage, to double garage, to shop... Now you'll probably find the widest range of kites, kite accessories, spares, light weight materials, carbon fibre and sail cloths here on our website,
Since starting as festival based tarders, we are now one of the longest standing kite specialists in the UK. Based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, our office is hidden above our family owned gift shop, Swag Box Gifts. We have shuffled around how we operate, and as a family operation, there's more than one successful business under our roof!
While customer visits are more than welcome, it's always best to phone ahead of a planned visit to make sure we have the right bits here when you want to come and see us.
