System 30 Lightweight Structures

S30 Tubes are manufactured from second generation glass-reinforced composite material. The Excellent characteristics of S30 tubes are optimised by applying a non-woven outer layer (Exelens). This enables the tube to withstand impact, UV light, and abrasion through heavy use. The Exelens surface finish is pleasant to touch and the tube feels warm in all conditions. Should aluminium or steel be required, this isn't a problem.. We stock aluminium tube in 30mm, can supply steel, and if anything needs powder coating then give us a call! The hollow tubes and connectors allow rubber cords to be fed through, enabling part assemblies to be stored as a single unit, similar to camping tent frames.

S30 can be used for a huge range of applications, from building tents and enclosures, to creating advertising space for events and seminars. Due to it's logical nature, it's easy to use for totally unique and custom jobs

Asside from all the marketing blurb that usually comes with this kind of thing, we are genuinely really impressed with this framework system. The strength of the connectors is amazing! Using a cube corner and three 12" sections of tube to make a tripod, Sean stood his full body weight onto the joint and nothing gave way... it really is astoungly strong and stiff!
