FuryOne of the Leading Sport Kite Designs in the World Pedigree The 'Fury' launched in April 2004, has been given great reviews around the world, and is now being used by the top fliers in the UK and abroad to great success in competition. Designed and manufactured in the UK by Carl Robertshaw: World Sport Kite Team Champion 1995, Individual Champion 1998 and seven times European and British Sport Kite Champion.
Better precision than any other trick kite The Fury accomplishes the cross-over from precision to trick better than any other sport kite, and can be adjusted to suit every pilot's flying style. A precision kite makes a good beginner's kite. The FURY is stable with rail straight tracking, and no oversteer, and has a big wind window. Landings, stalls and square corners are accurate. Turn rate is gradual and predictable - from very tight (inside the wingtip) to a large carved turn.
Better tricks than any other precision kite A trick kite has predictable rotation in slack line manoeuvres. Some of the more radical tricks are started by rolling the FURY on its back, either nose towards or away. Axles, Comets, Fades, Flick Flacks and Lazy Susans are some of the common advanced tricks executed effortlessly. The FURY goes further - it YoYos like a much smaller kite.
Features This is a 2.5m wingspan dual line kite, suited to beginners and semi professional kite fliers alike. There are several versions of the Fury available to suit most budgets and levels of pilot expertise. These models are designed for competition and the colour schemes disguise the outline and details of the frame. The special cut-outs in the Leading Edge Dacron prevent line snags on the fittings for tricks and team flying. Bridle adjustments are simple - the tow point and top legs are adjustable to change the speed, pull and turn rate, and adjust the trick capability and precision to suit all styles of flying. The trailing edge is adjustable (copyright) - a new concept that affects all the flight characteristics of the Fury. With the leach line slack, the FURY is noisy, which reduces the speed and pull while smoothing out the gusts, making this setting ideal for beginners and team fliers. With the leach line taut, the Fury becomes a silent, fast kite that pulls hard - ideal for individual fliers and lighter winds.
The frame options allow you to adjust the weight ratio and balance point to suit different flying styles and manouevres. The standard & vented Furys can house 6mm spars inside the Skyshark P400 frame to increase stiffness & weight. This creates more inertia producing faster landings & tricks as well as boosting strong wind performance. The Skyshark frame is strong and very difficult to break due to the New Generation P400 spars being reinforced throughout. Their strength to weight ratio is superb, and will hold up to seasons of punishing competition flying. The Aerostuff FURY is the ultimate desirable combination. Aerostuff is made in Japan and is considered the best and most expensive spar system in the world. Includes tough nylon bag, stuff spars & fitted Yo-Yo bridle line, designed by Dave Morley.
Five colour options: Rainbow, Red, Purple, Blue and Grey Three frame options: Standard, Ultralight & Vented

Fury .85 The Fury .85 has all the characteristics of the larger full size Fury but at 85% of the size. This smaller version works within a similar wind range and has a quicker response, so everything happens much faster and requires smaller inputs to the kite. Rotation in tricks and turns is quick and predictable allowing combinations that flow with accuracy.
The Aerostuff Fury .85 This is the ultimate desirable combination. Aerostuff is made in Japan and is considered the best and most expensive spar system in the world. Framing the Fury .85 in Aerostuff makes it one of, if not the best competition sport kite on the market today. The Aerostuff Fury .85 is more rigid & lighter than other competition sport kites. In both light & strong wind you feel consistent speed & pull in a wider wind range. It is also an outstanding kite in gusty wind conditions.
Reviews "The Fury .85 is more "tricky flicky" than the full size, whilst maintaining high levels of precision"........ Robin Smith
This is the perfect kite for me. It will do everything I throw at it, from really fast comets to square, precise turns. This is just one of those kites you can't put away"
